Baytree National Bank & Trust is searching for a customer service professional to work in our Lake Forest, Illinois branch location.  The Teller will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing routine transactions for bank customers including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers.  In addition, the Teller will promote and advise customers on the bank’s products and services.

Additional duties & responsibilities will include:
• Receive and count working cash at beginning of shift.
• Assist in balancing ATM’s.
• Assist customers in the safety deposit area.
• Identify customers, validate and cash checks.
• Accept cash and checks for deposit and check accuracy of deposit slip.
• Assist in shipments to the Federal Reserve.
• Prepare cashier's checks, personal money orders and issue traveler's   checks.  
• Order bank cards and checks.
• Receive loan payments.
• Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products. 
• Resolve issues and problems with customer accounts. 
• Initiate and open new accounts. 
• Explain, advise and promote bank products and services to customers.

Customary Days:  Monday through Saturday (Day off during the week when scheduled for Sat.)

Customary Hours:  Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5PM
          Saturday 8 AM - Noon
                                   
*Hours are extended when work load is increased. Alternating 36 hour - 40 hour weeks.

Requirements
• High school diploma, required.  Bachelors Degree preferable.
• 1-2 years teller, customer service and/or cash handling experience.

Commercial Banker - Assistant Vice President

The Commercial Banker to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, while providing superior quality customer service.  The successful candidate will bring to the position excellent portfolio management skills along with proven experience in credit analysis.

Job Duties and  Responsibilities:
• Acts as the principal account manager for new and existing clients; emphasis on managing existing portfolio.
• Responsible for credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing and perceptive character judgment.
• Develops, generates, and follows-up on new client leads through referrals, and calls on existing clients to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed.
• Supports Commercial and Community bank lending activities.
• Mentors existing credit analysts and provides back up support when needed.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors Degree required; accounting and finance course work preferred.
AND
Minimum of 5 years of credit analysis experience in a Commercial Banking and/or Sales environment.  Experience with high profile clientele preferred.
