Sweep Accounts
Ensure that your funds are earning as much as possible as quickly as possible with a Sweep Account. A Business Savings account can be opened as a "Sweep" Account, automatically transferring funds into and out of the savings account to and from the checking account when certain deposit thresholds are met. This way, the majority of your money can be earning interest, while keeping the liquidity you need in you Business Checking Account.
Lock Box
A post office box established for the purpose of collecting remittances from your customers can be arranged. Payments are collected from the box by a Baytree banker and deposited directly to your checking account. A summary report of all activity prepared on a monthly basis is sent to you.
Credit Card Processing
For businesses that accept credit card and debit card payments, credit card processing is available. Our bankers work with you to coordinate Moneris Inc. for the selection and installation or the necessary equipment and contractual agreements.
Bill Pay
BillPay is our Online bill payment feature, which is a part of our Online internet banking feature. You can easily make payments to third parties (with the federal restrictions of your account type) from checking, money market and savings accounts. BillPay is easy to set-up and configure for easy banking month to month. You can avoid missed payments and/or late fees by setting up and scheduling monthly cycles.

The use of BillPay is free from Baytree, but you may have charges from your Internet provider not associated with Baytree.

Internet Banking
Baytree Online Banking gives you access to any Baytree account in which you are a signer. Below are just a few of the things you can do:
- View the listing of accounts at Baytree in which you are a signer
- Look up account balances and loan balances
- View the current interest rates your products are earning
- See the interest postings
- View the last month of transactions
- View your last statement
- See your last deposit
- Search for a transaction or check
- Make a one-time transfer
- Schedule a timed transfer
- Make a loan payment from a Baytree account to a Baytree loan
- Change your password

To login and view your accounts you'll need a login ID and a password. There are several options for getting a login ID and password.

- Mail or fax a signed letter to us requesting that we send your ID and password to a specific fax number or email address

) with your name and address (no need to include your account information in the email - we'll make sure you have access to all accounts on which you're a signer). When we receive your request, we'll mail your ID and password to the address we have for you in our records.
Since privacy and security are two of our themes as Baytree we regret that we cannot give out passwords over the telephone, or as an email reply. While this would certainly be more convenient, it is impossible for us to confirm the identity of everyone who contacts us via phone or the internet.
Once you have your login ID and password you can then login to view your accounts right on our home page of this site. You will be prompted to change your password immediately to one of your choice. This way, not even a banker knows your password. In the case that you forget your new password, you will have to repeat the process with a banker for it to be reset.
There is no cost to you for online banking services. We are providing it for free to thank you for being a customer. You may incur charges not associated with Baytree from your Internet provider.
Night Depository
Baytree has two night depositories for your use after normal retail location hours. One depository (or night drop) is located in the 272 East Deerpath (the atrium) in Lake Forest, and the other is on the façade of our 30 East Scranton location in Lake Bluff . These give you the ability to deposit checks, cash and coin after business hours. You will be given special bags and keys to these depositories upon request.
Any deposit made through the night depository will be considered deposited on the business day it is received by us in the night depository box.
Letters of Credit
Baytree provides a full range of letter of credit products to support your businesses needs.
We can draw up documentation for Baytree to guarantee payment to a third party helping your business get business or make purchases.

Coin and Currency
Rolled coin and currency is available. Loose coin and bills can also be counted at the teller lines. Lock bags and zippered bags are available for ease of transport.
