Baytree 2012 Barometer

As a means of thanking respondents for their participation in the 2012 Baytree Barometer, Baytree asked responders to direct a $5 donation, to be made by the Bank, to one of four North Shore charitable or community service organizations including the Midwest Young Artists (MYA), North Chicago Community Partners, Lake Forest-Lake Bluff Historical Society and the Lake Forest Resale Shop.

The Chase is On!

Baytree sponsored the 2012 Lake Bluff Pumpkin Chase that took place on October 13 at the Lake Bluff Middle School. The day was packed with fun activities for all ages and started off with a 5k Chase the Pumpkin Race or a 1-mile Family Fun Run. Baytree employees were at the finish line passing out water bottles to participants. Everyone enjoyed the craft and bake sales that were held in the gymnasium of the School. Thanks to all those who participated to make it an enjoyable day and kick off the autumn season!

Baytree Proudly sponsors Ribfest, Lake Bluff Village Green

Baytree was proud to sponsor Ribfest in the Lake Bluff Village Green on October 6, 2012, featuring the local BBQ Society Competition for the best rib recipe.  Baytree's Chairman, Rob Isham, participated as a judge, and Baytree employees were on hand to give out hotdogs & brats to attendees.  The event benefited the Lake Bluff Food Pantry.

Baytree Supports Our Vietnam Veterans for Lake Forest Day Parade

Baytree celebrates Lake Forest Day Parade which honored Vietnam Veterans.  The day brought a great opportunity to give back to the community along with honoring our men and women who served.  Baytree CEO Mike Flynn and his family along with Baytree employees took part in the festivities.

Celebrating the Fourth of July holiday is Mike Flynn, Chief Executive Officer, his wife and six children. They are joined by Baytree employees and their families drawn by a historical wagon with Clydesdale horses.

Baytree Attends WHAC's Eighth Annual House Calls Event

The Women's Health Advisory Council of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital hosted its eighth annual House Calls event at the Onwentsia Club in Lake Forest on April 14.  Baytree's Jan Constantine (Business Development and Mortgage Loan Officer) and her husband, Ted, attended.  Other Baytree attendees included:   Chairman, Willard Bunn III and his wife, Cissy; President and CEO, Michael J. Flynn and his wife Donna.

Baytree Welcomes New EB Financial Group Chairman

Baytree National Bank & Trust Co. is pleased to announce a recent addition to the Board of Directors of our holding company, EB Financial Group, Inc.

Gary Longman recently was elected as Chairman of the Board. Longman brings extensive experience in bank holdings and board experience. Longman has been an active board member since the company’s inception, and he has been a part of the bank’s Audit Committee as well as a member of the Asset/Liability Committee.

Previously, Longman had worked for KPMG, LLC Chicago as partner in charge of audit practices.
