Mr. Anderson has been in the residential mortgage business for 17 years. He is President of The Anderson Financial Group, Inc., a residential mortgage broker and lender headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Andrews is President of Prairie Title Services, Inc. and was CEO and Managing Member of Regent Title Insurance Agency, LLC, a company he co-founded in 2003.

Mr. Berger is a Partner of Blackman Kallick, LLP, an accounting firm located in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Berger has been an equity partner since 1973.

Mr. Daly is the President and CEO of Private Brands Sales & Marketing Inc., Westmont, Illinois, a food brokerage company specializing in private label products. He has served in that position since 1994.

Mr. Flynn is the founder of EB Financial Group, Inc. Prior to forming the company, Mr. Flynn was Senior Vice President of American Chartered Bank a position he assumed in 2003 after serving as President and CEO of Barnes & Reinecke, Inc., a privately held engineering company with over 130 employees out of three locations. He serves on the board of directors of the Management Association of Illinois, a 100-plus-year-old human resource consulting firm based in Downers Grove, Illinois. Mr. Flynn was the company’s Chairman from 2006 to 2008. He has a BS and MBA from DePaul University. He is a member of the Chief Executive Boards International.

Robert T. Isham, Jr. is a longtime resident of Lake Bluff and the former general counsel of Billing Services Group, a Bermuda-based, AIM-listed telephone billing clearinghouse with operations in San Antonio, Texas, Frankfurt, Germany, and London. He currently has his own law practice in Lake Bluff, worked in merchant banking in Chicago and was a partner at McDermott, Will & Emery. He received a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. with honors from the University of Montana Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the law review. After law school, he clerked for the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy on the circuit court's emergency motions panel. Among other organizations, he is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Lake County Republican Federation, and the Northwestern Hospital Council on Philanthropy.

Mr. McCollom is President of Endofix, Indian Head Park, Illinois, a surgical instrument and equipment repair company, and has served in that position since 1995. He is also President of J-Mac Enterprises, a firm that owns, manages and develops manufactured home communities, and owns and manages other commercial property. Mr. McCollom is also President of Endotech, a firm that specializes in the purchase and sale of used medical equipment.
Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer and Director of the Bank
Mr. McGrath has over 22 years of commercial banking experience, including over ten years with Citibank, where he served from 1987 to 1998. He then spent almost eight years at Oak Brook Bank (acquired by MB Financial in 2006), beginning as a Vice President of Commercial Banking and spending his last three years as Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking. He joined American Chartered Bank in 2005, serving as a Senior Vice President and Division Head before leaving and joining EB Financial Group, Inc. in late 2009. His 22+ years of banking experience includes commercial banking, commercial lending, residential lending, treasury management, and multiple strategic planning and leadership roles. Mr. McGrath graduated with a MBA in Finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a BA in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.

Dr. Nazir is the President and Co-CEO of MEA Management LLC and Chairman of the Board of Pragmedic Solutions, LLC. He has served in that position since 2007. Dr. Nazir is the Past President of the Illinois College of Emergency Physicians. He has been on the Board of Directors for 6 years and has been a Councilor for the College since 1996.

Mr. Rante is the Chairman/CEO of BluePay, Inc., an electronic transaction processing company. He has served in that position since 2003. Mr. Rante also owns and operates Blueline Data Corp., an investment firm, funding start-up businesses.

Dr. Sundram is an interventional cardiologist and President of Advanced Heart Group, S.C. and Cardiac Consulting Group, S.C. in Harvey, Illinois. He has served in that position since 2000. He also serves as Director of the Cardiology Division of Ingalls Memorial Hospital. Dr. Sundram also serves on the Board of Directors of Ingalls Provider Group (IPG) which is a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) covering over 25,000 lines in the south Chicago suburbs. Dr. Sundram received a MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1995.

Mr. Warner is the President/CEO of Warner Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of both heavy industrial and railway equipment for national and international markets, a position he has held since 1983.

Mr. White is also the president of Dayton Foods, which provides full distribution services for H & W Ingredients. He has held an advisory board member position with Ocean Spray since 2002.

Mr. Yeterian is co-founder and president of Healthcare Business Consultants, Inc., a practice management firm specializing in hospital-based physician practices. He has served in that position since 1995. Mr. Yeterian also serves as a member of the Advisory Committee to the Barrington-Countryside Park District.
