Mr. Isham is a longtime resident of Lake Bluff and the former general counsel of Billing Services Group, a Bermuda-based, AIM-listed telephone billing clearninghouse with operations in San Antonio, Texas, Frankfurt, Germany, and London. He currently has his own law practice in Lake Bluff, worked in merchant banking in Chicago and was a partner at McDermott, Will & Emery. He received a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. with honors from the Universary of Montana Law School, where he was editor in chief of the law review. After law school, he clerked for the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy on the circuit court's emergency motions panel. Among other organizations, he is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Lake County Republican Federation, and the Northwestern Hospital Council on Philanthropy.
Mrs. Wright joined Baytree in September 2001. She currently is President of the Community Bank where she oversees the retail and commercial banking business in the Lake Forest and Lake Bluff communities. Prior to 2010, she primarily was involved in Commercial Banking. Before joining Baytree, Mrs. Wright was the Co-Executive Director of Lake Forest Open Lands Association and served in that capacity for four years. Mrs. Wright began her banking career at Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust Company in Chicago in 1973 where she primarily served in the Financial Institutions Division. She is a graduate of Northwestern University (BA). Mrs. Wright serves on the Board of Lake Forest Open Lands Association, the Woman’s Board of Rush University Medical Center and is a member of the Lake Forest Garden Club and is an associate member of the Allendale Shelter Club.
Mr. McGrath has over 22 years of commercial banking experience, including over ten years with Citibank, where he served from 1987 to 1998. He then spent almost eight years at Oak Brook Bank (acquired by MB Financial in 2006), beginning as a Vice President of Commercial Banking and spending his last three years as Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking. He joined American Chartered Bank in 2005, serving as a Senior Vice President and Division Head before leaving and joining EB Financial Group, Inc. in late 2009. His 22+ years of banking experience includes commercial banking, commercial lending, residential lending, treasury management, and multiple strategic planning and leadership roles. Mr. McGrath graduated with a MBA in Finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a BA in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
Cissy joined Baytree in 2012, and has been in the residential real estate business since 1984. She has been passionate about helping community banks provide mortgage services for their customers. In 2001, she started a wholesale mortgage operation for American National Bank of Dekalb County. In 2005, Cissy received the honor of "Top Wholesale Branch Manager" of the year from the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals. Cissy grew up in Houston, Texas, and attended the University of Houston.
Cissy has served as chairman of the membership committee for the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals, Affordable Housing Committee for the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association, and is a volunteer Docent for the Glessner House and Clark House Museums on Prairie Avenue in Chicago. She has also been a Sustaining Fellow Member at the Art Institute of Chicago.
Mr. Wallner serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equipment Leasing & Finance Group. In that capacity he is responsible for all financial and operational functions. Prior to joining Baytree Leasing Company upon its formation in 2003, Mr. Wallner served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Bankers Leasing Association Inc. from 1986 until 2003. Mr. Wallner also worked in the audit department of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. from 1980 to 1983 providing auditing and accounting services to banking, insurance, and financial service clients. Mr. Wallner holds a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a certified public accountant.
Mr. Mayle is a CPA with over 25 years experience in community banking including 7 years with Ernst & Whinney. While most of his career has been spent in Finance, the four years prior to his joining Baytree was spent with PrivateBank as a Managing Director, building the operations infrastructure for it transformation from being a real estate lender into a commercial banking institution. Mr. Mayle is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Accounting and remains active in his community, namely with the Village of Schaumburg and its annual Labor Day festival, Scouting, Rotary and Junior Achievement.
Mr. Flynn is the founder of EB Financial Group, Inc. Prior to forming the company, Mr. Flynn was Senior Vice President of American Chartered Bank a position he assumed in 2003 after serving as President and CEO of Barnes & Reinecke, Inc., a privately held engineering company with over 130 employees out of three locations. He serves on the board of directors of the Management Association of Illinois, a 100-plus-year-old human resource consulting firm based in Downers Grove, Illinois. Mr. Flynn was the company’s Chairman from 2006 to 2008. He has a BS and MBA from DePaul University. He is a member of the Chief Executive Boards International.
Mr. Nielsen has over 18 years of commercial banking experience, having started his career at American National Bank & Trust Company in Chicago. He has consistently been a top business development officer at every institution he has served including Citibank, Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services and American Chartered Bank.
Mr. Nielsen earned his Masters of Management Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelors Degree in Finance.
Mr. Nielsen has spoke publicly to the Chicago business community on commercial banking issues and is a former Board Member of the Entrepreneurship Institute, a national not-for-profit organization helping small and medium sized companies grow. Currently, Mr. Nielsen is an active member of the Economic Community Development Committee for the Village of Lombard as well as a member of the Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago. In addition, Mr. Nielsen has also served as the Finance Director for the Marshall Square Boys & Girls Club of Chicago and is currently actively involved with Sacred Heart Parish & School in Lombard.
Ms. Wolf joined Baytree in May 2005 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She has over 25 years of administrative experience and served 17 years as the Administrative Assistant to the Chairman and CEO at the world-renowned brass and woodwind musical instrument manufacturer the G. Leblanc Corporation in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Ms. Wolf received an associate degree from Gateway Technical College in 1987.
